Choreographer, movement creator, director, producer, professional dancer, and instructor with many years of experience. Masters degree in psychology with a musical background.

Since 2009, actively involved in the Polish entertainment industry, gaining experience in the production of major television formats, music festivals, concerts, music videos, films, TV series, commercials, promotional events and international sports spectacles. Prządka performed alongside the biggest stars of the Polish and international music scene. For years, he has provided choreographic and conceptual support for the most popular entertainment formats on Polish television, as well as for artists, and brands. He continually trains and inspires new generations of dancers in Poland.

Creator of the original training and mentoring program THE PACKAGE by Prządka (@thepackage_byprzadka / www.thepackage.pl), a holistic development concept for dancers. Its goal is to build a comprehensive skill set, prepare dancers for work in the entertainment industry, promote conscious and safe training, cultivate the highest standards of professional dancer work ethic, and foster a healthy approach to passion, hard work, and self-development.

Constantly seeking new creative challenges, opportunities to share knowledge and passion, and possibilities to broaden horizons and establish inspiring artistic collaborations. In his projects, he places strong emphasis on creativity, teamwork, consistency, an individual approach to each client, clear terms of cooperation, as well as respect, flexibility, and diligence. Prządka pays particular attention to vision, coherence, quality and precision of movement, as well as the dynamics, energy, and musicality of the created performances. In his work with dancers, he places significant focus on stage presence, working with the camera, emotional expression, training hygiene, and a healthy approach to personal development, passion, and professional ethics.
